OL261 75 Micron Hot Kraft Paper A4 Laminating Machine

OL261 80 Micron   Hot Kraft Paper A4 Laminating Machine is a hot laminating machine designed for A4 size paper, using 75 micron thick hot laminating material. It is suitable for all kinds of documents, pictures, posters, etc. that need to be protected.

• The laminating material is firmly bonded to the surface of the paper through hot pressing technology to achieve waterproof, anti-fouling, wear-resistant, and glossy effects.
  
• After the machine is started, the heating roller begins to heat up to the set working temperature (usually between 100℃ and 180℃, depending on the melting point of the laminating material and the type of paper).
• The A4 paper to be laminated is fed into the machine through the paper feeding system, and the hot laminating material is also ally pulled and covered on the surface of the paper.
• Under the joint action of the heating roller and the pressure roller, the paper and the laminating material are treated with high temperature and high pressure, so that the laminating material is melted and firmly bonded to the paper.
• The paper after hot pressing is quickly cooled and shaped through the cooling system, and finally, ally discharged from the paper outlet to complete the laminating process.
